Philadelphia Engagement Session

Tatiana + Christian

We headed into Philadelphia for their session. When I went to photography school, I went to school right outside of Philly. My friends and I were always in the city exploring and capturing the sites, anytime I get to go back I just LOVE it!  We started their session at Shake Shack near Rittenhouse square. Tatiana + Christian met when they both worked at Shake Shack near King of Prussia, so it was a great idea to head there first to grab their favorite meal.  After a quick burger and oreo milkshake, we headed over to Rittenhouse Square. Before we grabbed the Uber to head into Old City, we made the “must stop” at Addison Alley. Where the trees are lite with string lights year round.  What a great combo of locations! Then we hopped into the Uber and headed to Elfreth’s Alley. When we got there, it was empty! That NEVER happens. What is Elfreth’s Alley known for? It’s our nation’s oldest residential street. There are 32 houses on the street which were built between 1703 and 1836.

After Elfreth’s we walked under the bridge and to the Cheery Street Pier, right below the Ben Franklin bridge for blue hour by the water!

I cannot wait to capture their special day in September of 2024!
